When our client came to us asking to uplift their old vinyl and polish the concrete floor in Edinburgh we came up with another idea!
There was no way of knowing the condition of the floor underneath.
Would it be polishable?
How long would it even take to get up the vinyl?
Where could we put a skip for the old scrap flooring due to the location being on a main city centre street?
Would we have enough time to polish the floor once we exposed it ready for the re-opening on Monday?!?!?!
Thanks to the Dr Schutz Floor Remake system there was no need to tear out the old, faded and worn vinyl floor. It was still well stuck in place so after a good prep a complete redesign was carried out using a technique that gave them the look they desired.
